We are here celebrating the birth of the Schluter family’s newborn baby boy! YAY!! He came just in time for Christmas which makes this time of year extra special! I got to photograph their maternity session a few months ago and had the most fun with them! This family is so wonderful and their baby boy is nothing short of perfection!

This session is a mix of a newborn session and a simple studio. We couldn’t decide between the two so we bent the rules a little and did a mix! (; We did a few posed photos with props of just their baby boy and his big sis which falls in line with a basic newborn session. But for the rest of the session we did laid back family and sibling shots in my white space which is more of the simple studio vibe.

I actually love the variety of this gallery and the different aspects each style brings! Some of my favorite photos are the Christmas themed ones! Something about babies in a Santa hat really melts my heart, especially if it’s this adorable newborn baby boy. I love capturing the season that your little one is born in. I think it’s so important to capture those tiny details, so you can remember these times for a lifetime!
