This shortened maternity session for a family of three is everything I have ever wanted! Summer maternity sessions are always beautiful! The greenery and bright sunlight makes everything a little bit better! I loved working with this family. Can we talk about about beautiful this mama to be is! She was all smiles for this session and bursting with excitement to meet her new sibling!!

I tend to get a lot of questions from my clients about what they should wear in a photo session, especially for family sessions! My advice to you is to wear complimenting outfits… not matching. This gives the photo some texture with different patterns and shades of colors. To start, I like to suggest choosing a neutral classic color. For example this family chose navy. Dad wore a navy shirt with seersucker shorts and mom wore a dress with a completely different pattern, but complimenting colors. I thought their coordination with colors, patterns and textures worked out so well!
