I am so in love with this newborn baby boy session! I was beyond excited when the Short family contacted me after their maternity session to schedule newborn photos for their little boy! My gratitude cannot be described in words for when clients choose to schedule with me time and time again!

When the Short’s arrived to my studio with their baby boy, I could not not contain my excitement! We have all been patiently awaiting this little guys arrival! One of the reasons I love this newborn baby boy session so much is because I was able to try a new set up! We ventured out and tried a new moon and stars set which is perfect for any baby boy or girl! The wooden moon seat is so dreamy! I even added in a few strands of twinkle lights to give it a more magical effect. If you are interested in the moon seat, feel free to click on the highlight! We followed my usual work flow steps, but I wanted to focus my blog on the moon and stars because its a bit more unique than my usual back grounds and props! Once we finished with those, we did a few more posed portraits of just baby Short. We incorporated some pumpkin shots to showcase the season he was born, and took a few more neutral photos on my newborn pillow! Once I was happy we finished the session with my classic family photos against my beige back drop.
